Cuppies untuk Hisham's farewell

Next week will the last day for Hisham in MICET. Sedih la pulak since he's very nice guy, easy to work with.. Apakan daya, isteri jauh di Bangi. So specially for Hisham yang tak lama jugak lagi nak dapat baby, akak made these cuppies for you. Nanti makan lepas berbuka. We arrange a Buka Puasa for him, masak sendiri jeee.. This is my contribution.  Another thing, I was thrilled coz berjaya jugak buat booties tu..  Hubby pun suka tgk.

Kak Manisah is also my officemate. She's very nice to everyone.Today is her birthday. So I bake few cuppies specially for her. This is I used buttercream for the topping. Nak practice piping skill actually. Yang sedihnya on the way to office, box yang contain cuppies tu terbalik.. Dah nak sampai sgt2 dah. Takla rosak teruk sangat tapi sedihla. Nasib baik she like it. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAK MANISAH

My First Order

Semalam, during lunch time tiba2 Kak Za mention bout ordering cuppies from me. Ha? Betul ke ni? Penangan dari Alphabet cuppies haritu la ni. Lepas tu call dia balik (sebab ada lab session lepas lunch) to reconfirm. Betul she wants to order 30 baby cuppies untuk anak2 makan. Nak yang chocolate, design up to me. Tapi nak 15 buttercream & 15 sugarpaste. Alhamdulillah... Balik malam tu pukul 11 pm start la operasi. Before that, balik keja terus singgah kat Amore-E-Bake, kedai kak Adriana untuk beli gadgets yang sepatutnya. Petang lepas keja she came to pick it up kat rumah. Datang dgn Amirah. Kelakar Amirah, terus makan kat situ jugak. Taktau berapa yang tinggal lepas tu. Thanks a lot kak Za. Hope you like it.

First trial of marble cupcake

Balik kerja lewat petang semalam terasa nak practise lagi. Tghari semlm masa gi Tampin dgn ZD (yang bersungguh2 jgk nak buat cuppies kukus) terjumpa acuan alphabet. Terus la beli. Balik malam terus buat. This time buat marble cupcakes. These are the outcome...
Nak resepi? Boleh jee
Marble Cup Cakes (makes about 21)
3/4 cup of soft margarine
3/4 cup of fine sugar
1 1/4 cup of self rising flour
3 eggs
2 tbs milk
55g semisweet chocolate
Melt the chocolate by using double boiling technique. Mix the rest of the ingredient in a bowl until smooth by using electric hand mixer. Divide the batter in 2 part. Add melted chocolate into one part & mix well. Place 1 teaspoon of each batter into large baking cup. Bake for 20 minutes at 190C.

Semalam rasa nak practise la apa yang dah belajar last Sunday. Bersungguh-sungguh keliling Seremban nak cari kedai bakery supplies. Semua kedai yang tau dah tutup. Last2 jumpa satu kedai, Amor-E-Baker.. Actually kedai tu dah tutup tapi baik sungguh hati the owner, when I called her (just to ask her bussiness hrs) she invited to come over. Dia bukakkan kedai dia pukul 8.00 mlm tadi. The owner, Pn Adrianna, was very helpful. Yang bestnya she had a collection of Wilton products. Hm.. bestnya. So these are pictures of my decorated cupcakes. First trial, tak cantik pun, cakes pun tak jadi sgt.. Ntah apa yang tak kena..

Buku resepi baru

Gi groceries shopping with the kids kat Jusco S2. Tengah jalan2 tu nampak ada books sale by MPH.. Tiba2 je terjumpa buku ni, dahla tengah gila pasal cuppies.. It cost me RM 39.90. Rasanya dapat diskaun 20% kot. Dalam ni ada 40 resepi, 1 piping bag with 2 tips, 100 baking cups, 5 stencils. Okla kan?
